outstanding service I recieved by Edith Ryan and the rest of her office team members
who helped with the leasing of my unit at Las Brisas Hills Condominiums.

I was, of course, very delighted to have Edith, having met her first in May 2003 when she
was representing the seller of what soon became my property. I was impressed with her
professionalism and timeliness both in 2003 and recently when representing my interests
as the land lord. She did an excellent job and followed my guidelines. Her professional
and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues
were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. While I know that Edith has
quite a reputation establised in the Las Brisas Hills community from many years of
dedicated service, she still managed to make me feel at ease and treated my affairs with
the utmost importance. I was extremely happy to see that my property leased in just a few
months.

In the past, I felt sometimes realotrs are too busy to turn over the property and ignore
the needs of their clients. Sometimes realtors may fail to provide the quickets and most
convenient solution to problems. Therefore, Edith's attitude was noticeable and greatly
appreaciated. I hope that you will pass the thanks on to her and the entire team!

I would recommend her services to all my friends and business contacts and I am positive
