Practicing real estate for over 30 years in the Metroplex, Edith specializes in condominium and townhouse sales, as well as residential real estate, including new construction. In addition to being a whirl-wind of an agent, Edith is also experienced in property management.

Prior to the opening of the Edith M Ryan Real Estate office, Ms. Ryan was recognized for her outstanding accomplishments with RE/MAX by RE/MAX International. She has been recognized both locally and nationally for being a multi-million dollar producer for a number of years.

Edith M Ryan Real Estate officially opened its' doors in December of 1998 after concluding her residency with RE/MAX of Las Colinas. Edith received the Highest Producer Award from the Irving Board of Realtors for both 1999 and 2000.

Now a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors(r), INC., Edith has been active with the Irving-Las Colinas Board of Realtors for a number of years, holding positions on the Grievance and Ethics Committees, the Inner-City Ethics Committee, as well as a Director on the Irving-Las Colinas Board of Realtors for 2000.

In addition to her Professional Real Estate accomplishments, Edith is also a former piano instructor.  She enjoys country music and is a George Strait fan. Due to her musical background and enthusiasm for country music, she was selected as a professional member of the Academy of Country Music (ACM) in 2004 and still serves on the nominating committee..
